Chemist, politician. He graduated in Chemistry from the University of Barcelona, and also obtained degrees in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Montpellier. He was a chemical engineer at the Institute of Chemistry of the University of Montpellier (1941) and obtained a PhD in Physical Sciences from the Sorbonne (Paris, 1948).

Doctor, gynaecologist, politician. He studied in Barcelona together with Bartolomeu Robert and Jaume Pi. He specialised in gynaecology and in 1893 he became Professor of gynaecology at the faculty of medicine.

Politician, naturalist, biologist. Doctor in Natural Sciences, he was Professor at the Institut de Palma de Mallorca (1900-13) and at the University of Barcelona (1913-41).

Politician, inventor. He studied in Cervera and in Barcelona, where he finished his law studies in 1845 despite he never worked as a lawyer. After being exiled in Perpignon, in 1848 came back to Barcelona and invented some mechanical items that he never showed.

Doctor, politician. Medical Doctor and politician. He started his studies in Sitges. He studied Medicine in Barcelona and he got his M.D. in Madrid (1864). He worked in the Hospital de la Santa Creu in 1869.
